I shed about 20% body weight, became a vegetarian, constantly thought, read and trained for climbing, arranged my life around climbing when I wasn't working or studying woodworking. For years I lived a vagabond’s climbing life-style on the West Coast and Canada out of the back of my truck. Now, I own too many things to want to live on the road. But I still have the climbing passion, just not the constant intensity. I closed the furniture studio and came to Las Vegas in 1998, working to pay off an overwhelming business debt. So I've lived frugally, paid down my debt, done a fair bit of climbing, own a nice graphics workstation for design and recently been able to afford a Skeeter bass boat. I've always loved fishing. Climbing has taught me so much and given me a lot of confidence and personal strength. That leaves me single, working, and continuing to live a quiet lifestyle in Las Vegas as I save for a home and a studio. So that's it in synopsis; a contemporary iconoclast and reprobate; someone a little sweet, someone living intensely, who never has a problem finding something interesting to do, someone who knows what he wants, someone gentle, with generous bits of passion and wildness.

My Ideal Person What I'm looking for depends on what you're looking for...One constraint. No smoking, No drugs, no diseases. I am tested and disease free preferring to stay that way. Then I am just like all other males in that I am first visually attracted. So physical first. If you are slim or athletic I'm going to be attracted. I am a sucker for long hair. If you keep a healthy life style and are in good shape I'll be attracted. If you are just getting off the couch, then some truthful assessment and a little honesty will be good. I try to look at the person inside. I'll be looking into your eyes trying to read how quick, intelligent and independent you might be. All pluses.
