 Not much to say today. Another round of shoveling yesterday, did most of all three phases myself, with the exception two streets the boss did. After that I prepped two units for move in's and was then told to go help the painter do the painting in that nasty unit with all the crap left behind in it. That was fun... yeah no. I have no idea what happened to the other maintenance guy yesterday morning? If he called of or what? I did see him walking with the boss around two thirty in the afternoon. But he was absent for most of the day. Car troubles, Doctor's appointment? I have no idea why he wasn't in on time? Just know I had the brunt of all the shoveling to do myself yesterday.

I ended my day as usual. Re cleaning the office, laundry and gym. Loads of dried salt, puddles and people who think leaving their dirty laundry sitting around is a good thing and perfectly normal. On a good note the PM finally took down all the office Christmas decorations.. or rather her S.O. did. Or maybe they tag teamed the job? It was getting kind of sad walking and still seeing the tree up and such a month after the fact. Of course there was a host of you need to renew you lease postings for me to post. With the office area a mess I didn't have time to post them all and clean that as well. I did manage to get three of the notices posted, but there is still a pile waiting for me to post when I get in this morning. While doing that, I pushed a front door open at one building with my hand and incredible pain akin to a burning sensation in the hand I used to open the door with. The kind of pain that makes you stop and swear out loud. Motherfuc...well you know the word. Two of the fingers on the hand I used to push open the door are still sort of numb today. I assume that with the shoveling along with the painting I did helped instigate the pain problem. Over use as it were. Oh well I can bend the fingers so, I'm good I suppose?
Then again that's my masturbation hand so...maybe not?

Any who Time for me to hop into the shower now....

 The pain might be from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (no pills for that; just an easy outpatient surgery) or it could be an indicator of something else.

With Carpal Tunnel, usually the thumb, the index finger, the middle finger, and the inside part of the ring finger are affected. Sometimes numbness, burning, a twinge followed by pain and a burning sensation, and weakness are all symptoms of Carpal Tunnel.

Something that helped with my symptoms was wearing wrist braces while I slept to help prevent me from bending my wrists during sleep. I apparently have a habit of holding the covers tightly under my chin and I bend my wrists when doing it, which aggravates Carpal Tunnel. I guess. I would wake up with my hands and fingers numb and would feel random twinges followed a few seconds later by burning and pain that would slowly ease.

When it happened it was just my pointer finger and the ring finger that were affected. Intense pain for a few moments, then just a dull ache...that tapered off. happening I'm sure from over use of the hand, shoveling and painting that day. Have a good one De.
