I didn't post yesterday....

I get out of bed about the time most people are getting home from a night out at the bar. Saying I get up early is an understatement. On average I get about three or four hours sleep at night during the week. So, when the weekend rolls around and I only work an hour or so during my day. This body of mine takes over and tries to catch up on all the sleep I didn't get during the week. I fully intended to post over on the Dark Side yesterday. A tale that's been running around in my head for a bit. Put it down in the blog before I forget some of the story points. But after breakfast I sat down in my recliner and that was it. Next thing I knew I was waking up and it was half past noon already. Hungry when I woke.. I made some lunch. A nice piece of steak, covered in thinly sliced onions. Still fully intending to post something here after I finished eating. Back in my recliner, I flipped the TV on to see the start of a movie I liked, started watching and you guessed it.. fell asleep once again. I finally woke up around four-thirty . I should have posted what I intended to post when I first got up for the day. But knowing I didn't have to put a full day in at work I figured I had time to post something after I got home. What is it they say about the best laid plans of mice and men? Stiff from sleeping in the recliner all day, I took a hot shower to loosen up. Big mistake, loose and again hungry after my shower I made dinner. Something light I assure you. But by the time I was finished with that and cleaning up the kitchen after cooking ( doing the dishes from the day ) I was ready for a nap. Go figure? After sleeping all day long I was tuckered out. So, I never got around to posting anything anywhere. My bad.. sorry about that. Well I feel rested now. But you can be sure I'll stay away from the recliner after I get home from work today. My problem now is do I put down the story I had running around in my head, or finish off with the conclusion of " Let Her Sleep" as I had planned on doing today? I could do both I suppose? finish up "Let Her Sleep" here where I started it and Start the first part of the new tale over on the Dark Side. Then again, that would mean three posts today including this one. ( something unheard of, my doing three post in one day ) I don't know, I'll figure it out after I get home from work today. Off to shower now....
