 I have no idea why that song was on my mind when I woke up this morning? Could be all the reruns of Friends that seem to be playing on every channel lately? Knowing that a certain actress got her start in the business dancing with the Boss in the songs video.

I'm once again sore this morning, finishing off the stairwells that I didn't get done the day before had something to do with it I think? The rest of the day I spent vacuuming a unit for the carpet cleaners so they could clean the carpets in a unit scheduled for a move in this Friday. The rest of the time I spent helping out the maintenance guy hang a new bathroom door in that unit. "Helping" more like waiting till he got finished with the job so I could clean the mess off the carpet before the cleaners got there to do their job. Carpet cleaners get slightly irate when they have to vacuum a carpet before getting started. So much so that they tend to charge extra for doing just that. Needless to say the job of waiting was longer than actually vacuuming the rest of the carpets in that unit. The replacement door had to be turned around making what was once a right hand swinging door into a left hand swinging door. So a lot of cussing and primping to get the hinges to fit just right.

It doesn't look like much snow fell last night... I'm hoping we skirted the brunt of that big storm? Crossing my fingers that we don't get hit today either. I am so tired of winter. Yes, it looks pretty, and can be so much fun if you Ski, or take part in winter sport activities. But I don't do that. I'm an old guy. I'm much happier sitting beside the fire now a days with a hot toddy rather than being out in the cold wet white stuff.

I got my new mop heads and put one on yesterday, so mopping the offices, gym and laundry should go easier today. Like a new broom sweeping clean, a new wet mop head mops cleaner.

Any who, think I'll hop in the shower now. See if the hot water will ease the ache in my shoulders...

 I have that song on my lst of weekend song posts my sexy friend and it is one of my favourites. I would love to dance in the dark or the light with you Hun. Seems like I got the brunt of the snow as we had about another 15 centimeters fall and is still falling as I type this. Stay safe Hun and have a good one..xoxo

Hum? I guess that song must have be at the forefront of your mind and I just picked up on the thought somehow? Well, great minds think alike. We're getting more snow now, actually it never stopped snowing. All of it coming down from your neck in the woods. No need to send us any more, we're good for snow for a bit. Anytime you want to dance ( in the dark or with the lights on ) I'm game my sexy friend. A word of warning I tend to be all hands, or so it seems when I'm dancing.. Have a good one Joy!

 All we got is the 10 degrees and a dusting. Just enough to make the roads a little slick today. Bleh. Stay warm!

 Only ended up with about 3 and a half inches of powder and by a little after noon the sun was coming out 😊 Got up this morning only to see my phone showing outside temp at minus 6 degrees 🥺 Have a feeling it is going to be one of those 2 pots of coffee kind of mornings 😉😉 At one point the dog was acting like she needed to go out 🙄 She seems to somehow know Not until after my first cup of coffee 😊 I put on her harness and leash , put on my coat , opened the door , she stepped just up to edge of door frame and then backed away and refused to go out 🙄 I guess she will let me know when she just can't hold any longer by going over and sitting at the door 😏 In the meantime , she is back on her blanket and sleeping 🤠

We had about four inches on the steps this morning, more where it drifted. We shoveled and salted and the stuff is still coming down. Winds coming across the lake from the north, picking up moisture and dumping it as soon as it reaches land.. Us here on the lake shore. I'm sure south of I-90 is getting more then we are so I suppose there is a bright side. have a good one Cowboy

 Snow is gorgeous in the pristine wilderness. Not in cities on streets.
