 You need to go to your account page look for blocked member list and see what you have blocked them from. I am not sure that it will keep you from showing up if they search who's on line. I do know if they work the search right under hottest photos they can still see your photos. If they are being inappropriate you can try support.

 To block someone from EVERYTHING the first time you need to do so from the “blocked member list” and enter it there as well as making sure everything is checked off (use the right most box) if you block from any other page, only one option will show up as blocked. It’s been that way fir as long as I can remember.

That blocked member page can be found via the menu: My stuff-> my account-> blocked member list
