 Consider that when you meet them, they're the prize you like, or the prize you don't.... like in the old Cracker Jack boxes or cereal boxes.

The reason why [or should be why] people don't update their pictures, is a privacy issue. When you meet them for 10 minutes to one hour.... that's when you see the real person. That's when you decide to stay or go.
