 What did you expect?

First off, I doubt he was 28.

Secondly, stick to your age rule...younger men, particularly, do not follow any protocol when it comes to chatting/ texting etc.

Consider it a blessing and move on...

 That's just purely idiotic. I've had moments where I had been talking to someone and asked the same question, and gotten a no, but I still kept talking to them. I think he bumped his head or something lol
